A woman identified as Keri Gregg Miller has narrated how her husband helped another man in a supermarket.
In a narration via her Facebook page, she stated that they were shopping in Walmart when they heard a youngster pleading with the cashier over his bill.
The young man narrated his sad story to the supermarket official saying;
“I worked all summer long. So I told my mum that she didn’t have to spend a dime on my school supplies this year.”
According to Keri, her husband walked straight to the young man and shook his hand and congratulated him for the good work.
The woman further noted that her post was not for showing off but to make it known the good job the young man did for his mother.
Social users took to the comment section sharing their thoughts.
Cherie Britton Brown: “I’m so glad you bragged on him! This story has helped renew faith in our fellow man. In a climate of self-entitlement, we need more stories like this. What a great example!”
Chu C Kadi: “Props to your husband and that young man. Now, if only more kids thought this way it would be a great thing for their parents, but sadly its not.”
Mary Benavidez: “Yes I see a lot of young ones out helping their parents, but then there also exists others who do not care how much their parents spend on them!.God bless these two young ones.”
Trevette Woodard: “This is worth sharing over and over again. God bless your husband, family, and this young man!”
