Popular Kenyan TikToker Kelvin Ikwara jas spoken for the first time after going viral with his videos that have attracted attention across the world.
Speaking during an interview on Thursday, April 29, Ikwara said actress Azziad Naisenya inspired him to do TikTok videos.
“I first knew about TikTok when Azziad Nasenya blew up. She aroused my curiosity for TikTok, and I downloaded the application before creating dance videos. I told myself if Azziad can do it, then why shouldn’t I?” he said.
Ikwara who is in his late 20s also revealed that he is a family man and employed but runs a side hustle.
“All I can say is that Kelvin is a family man. I am employed and also have a side hustle,” he added.
He added that he has received support from a section of Kenyan celebrities, adding that he would like to collaborate with Azziad.
“My content has been supported by Willis Raburu, Flaqo, Mulamwah, among other celebrities. I want to meet Azziad in a professional setup so we can have collaboration,” said Ikwara.
The family man added that the new found fame will not affect his lifestyle maintaining that he will continue living a simple life.
“I live my normal life. Social media has not gotten to me,” he remarked.
His videos had attracted attention from among other countries Canada, Jamaica and the United States of America.
