Sodas are most likely to weaken your teeth and lead to dental problems such as tooth cavities while tea and coffee are the main teeth staining culprits. They all contain ingredients that can lead to teeth discoloration.

Flossing

This is as viral as brushing. The main advantage that come with flossing is that it eliminates food particles that typically remain hidden in hard-to-reach spots for your toothbrush.

It is recommended to floss at least once a day.

Visit a Dental Professional
