Central Organisation of Trade Unions (COTU) boss Francis Atwoli recently sparked mixed reactions after flying in legendary Congolese musicians Coco Nyboma and Faya Tess.
Through his Twitter page, the COTU boss shared a photo with the duo at the airport disclosing that they would be performing at his private event.

“At the arrival of Coco Nyboma and Faya Tess for the end year family and friends entertainment while we thank God for everything,” Atwoli wrote.
On the other hand, Atwoli’s daughter, Maria Atwoli shared a photo with Faya Tess and captioned it;
“You want To Bam Bam. You want to chill with the Big Galz….Faya Tess.”

In 2019, a band released a Rhumba-themed song to praise the COTU boss on his birthday.
In the song titled, “Atwoli Birthday 6.6” released on June 5, 2019 by Evala Mbuta and Koko Nyboma, Atwoli is seen celebrating his big day as he turned 70 surrounded by colleagues, including his wife and KTN presenter Mary Kilobi.

At the party, a champagne bottle was popped while the man of the moment cut the cake bearing his image, fed a few attendees before rising up to the dance floor.
