Footballer blocks former club’s bus over salaries owed to him

Drama ensued in a local road in Nigeria after former captain of Professional Football League side Heartland, Julius Ubido blocked the club’s bus over unpaid salary.

The footballer who is currently playing for Warri Wolves crossed Heartland’s team bus with his car forcing players and officials to alight to find out what was happening.

Ubido justified his actions arguing that he was owed salaries by his former club.

Following the stand off, Heartland players and officials were forced to take motorcycles to the match venue ahead of their match against Ubido’s Warri Wolves.
