Pregnant women crave for different types of foods and however much that is normal, one should ensure a healthy diet.

Berries help expectant mothers gain vitamin C which also helps the body absorb irons.

Vitamin C is vital also for skin health.

Dairy Products

Dairy products help pregnant women and their child get enough proteins. These dairy products also contain enough casein which is a slow-digesting protein that can boost muscle growth and increase total protein intake.

Pregnant mothers can also consume yoghurt in plenty.

Sweet potato

A sweet potato plays an important role in the body by building vitamin A which is essential for growth and differentiation of cells.
