Kenya Films and Classification Board (KFCB) boss Ezekiel Mutua has raised concerns about musician Chris Embarambamba stunts in his music videos.
Taking to his social media pages, the KFCB boss said the musician is endangering himself and he needs to be stopped.
Mutua also urged his fans to stop cheering him as they could be leading him to self-destruction.
“Why do I feel like Embarambamba is a danger to himself and that his fans could be cheering him to self-destruction? Is this style sustainable? Is it even sane?” wrote Mutua.
Embarambamba is known for among other chilling stunts rolling in the mud.
Whenever he releases a new music video, the singer always performs some spine-chilling stunts eliciting mixed reactions from fans.
In his recent music video, the singer knelt in the mud while donning a white suit.
The lyrics were also unique in its own way as the singer asked God to grant him a chance to meet President Uhuru Kenyatta.
“I pray for wisdom to get a way to reach my President Uhuru Kenyatta to assist me to preach your word and lift your name high, both in kids and adults,” he sang.
The singer has defended himself in the past saying the Holy Spirit’s power inspires him to perform the stunts.
He also revealed that his wife takes care of his laundry and she has neverw complained about it.
