The photo was edited using Minicheps’ concept.

However, two days later, Desagu bore down to pressure and apologised in a lengthy post made on his Facebook page.

He also deleted the photo depicting Minicheps’ editing concept.

”I would like to apologise to Minicheps for apparently stealing your work and postings. Somebody tagged me on the photo, and I reposted it with no intention of stealing your intellectual properties. As a content creator, I value your work and I am deeply sorry. Keep up @Minicheps,” wrote Desagu.

Macharia Karimi: I hope the apology is all sarcasm. What intellectual property is being talked about here? The term “intellectual property” must be the most misused term by social media mobs

Kimani Stanley: DeSagu let no one intimidate you on what you post, I think you have a right to post anything whether you created it or not, bro being a celebrity requires courage. You should be like Pastor Ng’ang’a

Betty Bittie Bee: No sir, you do not apologise and then say “apparently” there is a hidden justification and that is not a genuine apology

Mandela RM: You should not even apologize. First, did she claim ownership? Did she register this content to be hers? Does it mean if I post a picture am stealing someone else’s content? Henry DeSagu you have nothing to apologize about
