Sports journalist Carol Radull has shared her experience after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.
Through a Instgaram post that has since been deleted, the journalist revealed that she suffered terrible side effects after receiving the jab.
Radull disclosed that the side effects were so intense that it put her down for two days.
“So the side effects of the Covid vaccine hit me so hard that I’ve been “out” for 2 days. I haven’t had a fever like that since I had malaria in high school,” she said.
She added that she was feeling better, further thanking everyone who checked up on her when she was down with the side effects.
“Thanks to everyone who checked up on me. If I didn’t pick your call or answer your texts; now you know why. Much love
“Feeling better now and will host Radull Live at 1.00pm. At least “Great” Roy is a ball of energy. See you then,” she added.
This came a month after popular actress Eve D’Souza shared her experience after receiving the jab.
Speaking during a past interview, the actress said she started feeling pain around the area of the injection, fatigue, mild fever and join pain.
“Around five hours after the jab I started to feel: Pain and discomfort where the injection was given plus fatigue
“I took 1000mg paracetamol which helped. In the middle of the night I woke up with join pain, mild fever and generally felt unwell,” she said.
