According to a witness who talked to Capital News, the deceased reportedly reduced his speed before collapsing prompting officers to reach out to him.

“We were called in to help and have him rushed to the hospital, unfortunately, he had died. We would not have lost this young man if we had doctors on site during the recruitment drive,” he said.

A viral video showed the deceased lying on his back while struggling to breathe while Administration Police (AP) officers trying to conduct first aid on him.

The officers, others making fun of the matter, could be heard telling the young man to keep his eyes open with little help coming his way.
