Media personality and actress Brenda Wairimu has revealed that she hated her big lips while growing up.
Taking it to her Instagram account, the mother of one disclosed that she disliked the lips not knowing they would at one time open big doors for her.
The thespian went ahead and shared a throwback picture of herself noting that it was her first ever paid modeling commercial.
She disclosed that she was picked for the gig thanks to her big lips.
Wairimu took time to advice her fans to always love themselves the way they are and never forget how their journey begun.

Her post was received positively by her fans and fellow celebrities who flocked at the comment section sharing also their past insecurities.
Actor Nyce Wanjeri popularly known as Shiru from her role in Auntie Boss revealed that she hated her big eyes while growing up but right now they are a big asset to her acting career.
“I hated my eyes they are big and I was, aaah okey I am still slender now they are my asset in acting . Go girl thanks for this reminder,” Nyce Wanjeri commented.
