Bebe Cool blamed for the arrest of Nigerian musicians Omah Lay, Temi

Ugandan singer Moses Ssali popularly known as Bebe Cool has been accused of framing and setting up the arrest of Nigerian artists Omah Ley and Temilade Openyi.

The duo were arrested in Kampala,Uganda where they were performing in a concert.

The musicians were arrested for going against the Covid-19 guidlines set aside to curb the spread of the deadly virus.

The two spent two days in Ugandan police custody with a court hearing before their release and return to Nigeria.

The musicians have now released a statement regarding the arrest where Tems harshly released tough warning to Bebe Cool.

“You called the Police on us, you got us arrested,” Tems alleged with no proof of his accusations.

“If you ever find out I am in the same place as you, run for your life because I will not be in chains. And nothing will stop me from pouncing on you.”
