Atheists In Kenya Society secretary resigns, says he has found Jesus

Atheists in Kenya Society (AIK) has been dealt a blow following Seth Mahiga’s resignation as their secretary.

Reports indicate that he had served in the position for one and a half years.

According to a statement by the society’s president Harrison Mumia, Mahiga stepped down citing he has found Jesus and he is no longer interested in atheism.

Mumia further described him as a dedicated leader wishing him the best in his new endeavours.

“We wish Seth all the best in his newfound relationship with Jesus Christ, we thank him for having served the society with dedication over the last one and half years,” the statement read in part.

Consequently, the non-believers announced a vacancy for the position inviting interested Kenyan atheists to apply.
