Retired Chief Justice Willy Mutunga’s son, Alamin, on Wednesday, June 16 marked his dad’s birthday as he turned 74 years old.
Through his Twitter page, Alamin shared a portrait standing behind his dad with the former CJ rocking a dapper suit.
The former CJ’s son rocked a checked shirt and just like his dad, he had glasses on.
“Happy birthday Ba! @WMutunga celebrate today and always. Allahumma Barik,” he wrote.
Mutunga was celebrated by among others activist Boniface Mwangi describing him as his mentor and a true revolutionary.
“Happy birthday to you my good friend, a mentor and a true revolutionary Dr. Willy Mutunga. May God bless you with more years full of life, happiness and good friends. @WMutunga you have run a good race and served this nation faithfully. History will be kind to you! Viva!” Wrote Mwangi.
