13-year-old builds electric car with phone board, T&J scraps

A 13-year-old Ghanaian pupil has amazed many after building an electric car using a phone board and T&J scraps.

The pupil, Evans Mensah of the Gomoa Mampong D/A Basic School in the Central Region hopes to pursue in the country’s automobile industry.

The young man showcased the newly-built car that runs perfectly without any challenges.

Mensah shared the moment with some of his colleagues.

In a separate story reported on GOTTA.news, a Ghanaian student has become the first person in Africa to build an excavator that uses water as fuel.

According to reports, the student used cardboard, rubber tubes and water to build his excavator.

Speaking with a local Ghanaian media house, the student said that there were no wires, batteries, sensors, or cables involved in the manufacturing process.

He studied automotive engineering in school.
